Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint about an order, a payment, a refund, your codes, your account or how we handle your personal data, this page tells you who to contact, what to send and how quickly we respond.
1. Who to contact
Send your complaint to RNR Associates (PurchaseBarcode) at:
- Email: contact@purchasebarcode.com
- Phone or WhatsApp: +91 9259888885 (Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST)
- Post: RNR Associates, 2/388 First Floor, Front Side, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110027, India
Please make a complaint by email or post, so that there is a written record. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we may ask you to confirm the complaint by email. The contact form on our website does not send an acknowledgement, so please do not use it for a complaint.
2. What to include
- Your name and the email address registered on your account.
- Your order number and, for a payment problem, the payment reference from your bank or Razorpay receipt.
- What went wrong, including any barcode numbers concerned.
- What you would like us to do.
3. What happens next
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours. We reply to confirm we have received your complaint. Our reply gives your complaint a reference number, which you can quote to follow its progress, and a copy of your complaint as we have recorded it.
- Resolution within one month. We look into the complaint and resolve it within one month of receiving it. We tell you the outcome in writing, with our reasons.
- Refunds that we approve are paid as our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out.
4. Complaints about your personal data
Complaints and requests about your personal data follow the same process and timelines. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and what you can ask us to do with it.
5. If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can use your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which include filing a complaint with the Consumer Commission where the law allows, including where you live or work. Contacting us first does not take away any of your rights.
